Refund and Cancellation Policy
Participants wishing to cancel workshop attendance must, without exception, contact Rick Hulbert to request a refund. Cancellations requested at least 90 days in advance of the workshop receive a full refund minus a $100 CAD administrative charge per order. Cancellations requested at least 60 days in advance of the workshop receive a refund of 65% of the workshop fee. Cancellations requested at least 30 days prior to workshop receive a refund of 50% of the workshop fee. No refunds will be given for requests made 29 days or less in advance of the workshop. In place of a refund, a participant may choose instead to apply the entire payment to a future Rick Hulbert Photography workshop. In the event that a workshop is cancelled by Rick Hulbert, all fees paid will be refunded in full.
